K9 AdvantixTM doesn’t just kill these
bloodthirsty parasites, it helps keep all three from biting and
spreading disease. It’s exactly the kind of protection you’d expect
from the makers of Advantage® flea control.
K9 Advantix has been registered for use in all states, except
California
where registration is pending. This means you can now get the triple
protection
of K9 Advantix from a licensed, practicing veterinarian in your area.
If
you are a resident of California, check back at K9advantix.com for
availability
in your state.
DO NOT USE ON CATS
Due to their unique physiology and inability to metabolize certain
compounds,
this product must not be used on cats. If applied to a cat, or ingested
by a cat, contact your veterinarian immediately. For medical
emergencies,
call 1-877-258-2280.
K9 AdvantixTM is a once-a-month topical tick,
mosquito and flea treatment for dogs and puppies 7 weeks of age and
older. It contains imidacloprid and permethrin. It is available in 4
dosage sizes: 10 lbs. and under, 11-20 lbs., 21-55 lbs., and dogs
weighing over 55 pounds. It is available in both 4 packs and 6 packs.
Nothing else offers this kind of triple protection against biting.
K9
AdvantixTM doesn’t just kill these
bloodthirsty parasites,
it helps keep all three from biting and spreading disease. It’s exactly
the
kind of protection you’d expect from the makers of Advantage® flea
control.
A synergistic effect that enhances efficacy.
K9 AdvantixTM is a unique combination of two
proven
ingredients that work synergistically against parasites. The mode of
action
of imidacloprid complements the activity of permethrin. Each affects
parasite
nerve cells at different sites. When combined, the neurotoxic effect
against
parasites is enhanced. This leads to rapid paralysis and death of the
parasites.
New K9 Advantix is gentle enough for puppies 7 weeks of age or
older
and dogs of any size. Just apply topically once a month to protect dogs
from
the problems of biting ticks, mosquitoes and fleas.
Keeps working after swimming or bathing.
K9 Advantix remains effective after swimming or bathing. After repeated
swims,
it kills 97.9-100% of ticks and 92.5-100% of fleas. After bathing, it
kills
97.4-100% of ticks and fleas.4 You can
recommend
it with confidence for dogs who like water. |

FRONTLINE TOP SPOT
provides convenient and effective flea and tick control for dogs and
puppies. FRONTLINE Brand products are the #1 choice of veterinarians!
- Fast-acting
- Long-lasting
- Waterproof
- Prevents re-infestations
- Convenient to use
- Controls fleas which may cause flea allergy dermatitis
- Kills all stages of 4 major ticks, including those that
may carry Lyme disease
When you apply FRONTLINE TOP
SPOT to your dog, it spreads through a unique process called
"translocation" and is stored in the natural oils lying just beneath
the coat of your dog. This provides your dog with protection against
fleas and ticks for a month - even after frequent bathing (or as many
as your dog will sit still for!). In fact, your dog can romp in the
rain, splash in the surf and get soaked till their hearts content
without losing protection against fleas and ticks.
Unlike some other products which work only after fleas or ticks have
bitten your dog, FRONTLINE TOP SPOT kills them shortly after contact.
Your
dog won't need separate flea and tick control products because
FRONTLINE
Top Spot gets the whole job done all by itself. Yet it's gentle enough
to
be used on puppies 8 weeks and older.

The fleas that you see on your pet are in the
adult stage. What you don't see are the thousands of eggs a single
adult flea can produce. An adult female flea can lay
up to 2,000 eggs in her lifetime. With CAPSTAR™, almost all
your dog's adult fleas will be gone within four hours.
A single dose of Capstar
(nitenpyram) should kill the adult fleas on your pet. If your pet gets
reinfested with fleas, you can safely give another dose as often as
once per day. To administer CAPSTAR tablets, place the pill directly in
your pet's mouth, or hide it in food. If you choose to hide the tablet
in food, watch closely to make sure your pet swallows the pill. If you
are not sure that your pet swallowed the pill, it is safe to administer
a second pill.
All Novartis flea and heartworm products are backed by a 100%
Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with
CAPSTAR, please call our toll-free Guarantee Hotline at 1-888-327-9745. Novartis will solve the
problem, replace the product, or refund the full purchase price.
